SHIPPING POLICY
- General Information
FESTER fulfills orders in cooperation with external partners providing print-on-demand services. Orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics partners' warehouses.
We make every effort to ensure that each order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are passed for fulfillment within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed and paid for.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
- Domestic Delivery (Poland)
We currently deliver only within Poland.
The estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the moment the parcel is dispatched.
- International Delivery
Delivery to other countries is currently unavailable.
We plan to expand delivery to other countries in the future.
- Shipping Costs
The standard shipping cost is 29.99 PLN.
Orders with a value above 300 PLN are shipped free of charge.
The exact delivery cost is displayed during checkout, before payment.
- Order Tracking
Once the parcel is dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number, if the selected delivery method offers this option.
- Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to the customer providing an incorrect address or failing to collect the parcel, reshipping may involve an additional fee.
The customer will be informed of any potential cost before the parcel is resent.
- Damaged or Lost Parcel
In the event of damage, loss, or other delivery issues, please contact us immediately at festersupport@gmail.com.
The report will be verified and further action will be taken in accordance with applicable regulations and the circumstances of the case.
