TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Seller Information

The Fester Shop online store (hereinafter referred to as "Fester" or "the Store") is operated by Fester Shop.

  1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the rules for using the online store available at festershop-pl.myshopify.com and making purchases through it. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms.

  1. Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fester reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of product unavailability or suspicion of unlawful activity. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by Fester.

  1. Products and Fulfillment

Products offered by Fester Shop are produced and shipped in cooperation with external suppliers (print-on-demand services). Fester makes every effort to ensure that product images accurately represent their appearance. Minor color differences may occur depending on monitor settings.

  1. Prices and Payments

All prices in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT where required by law. Fester reserves the right to change product prices, provided that changes do not affect orders already placed.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, a customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at festersupport@gmail.com. Detailed return rules are described in the Returns and Complaints Policy.

  1. Complaints

All complaints should be directed to: festersupport@gmail.com. We will process each complaint within 14 days of receipt.

  1. Personal Data Protection

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Detailed information is contained in the Store's Privacy Policy.

  1. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not regulated by these Terms are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish court.
